The Systems of Care (SOC) initiative is a collaborative group of service providers who are striving to identify and address gaps in mental health and substance use disorder service provision in Chenango County. The ultimate goal of the Systems of Care is to ensure ease of access, wrap around services and self direction for individuals who are in need of help in our communities.
